Frequently Asked Questions

Which payment methods does Trinity Aesthetics accept?

Payments can be made prior to your service online or by bank transfer.  On the day we accept Eftpos, Mastercard, Visa, Afterpay or cash.

What can I expect at my initial consultation?

Your doctor will take a full medical history in order to tailor a treament plan specific to you.  They will then perform an examination of your facial anatomy and take photographs which will be stored securely in your file (not online).  You will be asked to detail what you love about your face and what your treatment goals are.  From there, various treatment options will be discussed and you will be provided with information on these.  A treatment plan will be devised with you and you will be asked to sign a consent form before your treatment proceeds.

Why should I choose Trinity Aesthetics?

All staff are fully trained, registered with AHPRA and overall supervised by Dr Trinity.  At Trinity Aesthetics, your cosmetic physician will be conducting your initial consultation, discussing treatment options and will be able to answer all of your questions.  You have the option to book your appointment to be performed by either a Doctor or a Nurse, however you will always see a doctor, in person, face to face before your treatment.  Dr Trinity believes that everyone has their own look and goals and will work closely with you to achieve a natural, balanced look that you will love.

What are the risks of using Botulinum toxin?

The most common risks are bruising at the injection site and temporary headache.  You may also suffer mild flu like symptoms, or very rarely an allergic reaction. Very rarely there is a risk of visual disturbance such as blurred or double vision.  Any concerns you have will be discussed at your initial consultation.
There is a risk of uneven response to treatment, which can usually be corrected at your 2 week follow up appointment.

Can I change my mind after the initial consultation?

ABSOLUTELY!  There is no obligation to recieve any or all of any treatment plans suggested. Your Doctor will discuss treatment options with you to achieve your goals, including expected cost and the decision is yours from there.

Why does your filler cost more than some others advertised?

At Trinity Aesthetics we only use high quality products.  The cheaper filler options last significantly less, meaning at Trinity Aesthetics you only have to go through the down time and discomfort every 12 - 24 months (dependent on the area and product), rather than the cheaper options, which generally last 3-6 months.  Having fewer procedures also reduces the risk of complications.
