Frequently Asked Questions
Which payment methods does Trinity Aesthetics accept?
Payments can be made prior to your service online or by bank transfer. On the day we accept Cash, PayID, Bank transfer, Eftpos, Mastercard, Visa or American Express. We do NOT accept Afterpay. We do offer gift vouchers, which can be purchased online or in clinic.
What can I expect at my initial consultation?
Your practitioner will review your medical history in order to tailor a treament plan specific to you. They will then perform an examination of your facial anatomy and take photographs which will be stored securely in your file (not online). You will be asked to detail what you love about your face and what your aesthetic goals are. From there, various treatment options will be discussed and you will be provided with information on these. You will be provided a cooling off period to reflect on the options discussed and perform any additional research. Your deposit will be either refunded, or rolled over to your next appointment if you wish to proceed.
Why should I choose Trinity Aesthetics?
All staff are fully trained, registered with AHPRA and overall supervised by Dr Trinity. At Trinity Aesthetics, your cosmetic physician will be conducting your initial consultation, discussing treatment options and will be able to answer all of your questions. You have the option to book your appointment to be performed by either a Doctor or a Nurse, however you will always see a doctor, in person, face to face before your treatment. Dr Trinity believes that everyone has their own look and goals and will work closely with you to achieve a natural, balanced look that you will love.
Can I change my mind after the initial consultation?
ABSOLUTELY! There is no obligation to recieve any or all of any treatment plans suggested. Your Practitioner will discuss treatment options with you to achieve your goals, including expected cost and the decision is yours from there. We encourage clients to take a cooling off period and consider their options, including researching independently the options discussed.
